Privacy Policy
The short version: we don't track you, we don't run ads, and we have never sold anyone's personal information. The only information we collect is what you type into a form on this site, and we use it to contact you about Voxhaus.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Voxhaus LLC (“Voxhaus,” “we,” “us”), located at 44 Washington Street, Morristown, NJ 07960. This policy explains what happens to information collected through voxhaus.ai. Questions go to support@voxhaus.ai.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the demo request form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the industry you select, and your description of the problem you want solved. Every field is one you fill in yourself — we don't pull data about you from anywhere else. If you email us or book a call, we also receive whatever you include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data when your browser requests a page — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site online. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
What we store on your device
This site sets no cookies. We store two items in your browser's local storage, neither of which identifies you:
- Intro flag — remembers that you already watched the opening call animation, so it doesn't replay while you browse. Cleared when you close your browser.
- Privacy choice — remembers the selection you made in the privacy banner, so we don't ask again.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party trackers on this site. Fonts and media are served directly from our own site, so loading a page does not report your visit to any outside company.
3. How we use information
- To respond to you and provide the demo or call you requested.
- To route your request to the right person or agent, using the industry and problem you told us about.
- To communicate with you about Voxhaus services you asked about.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Service providers and connected platforms
We use a small number of vendors to run this site and follow up on requests. They may process your information only to perform services for us, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes. The categories we use or may use are:
- Website hosting and delivery — serves the site and keeps server logs.
- Form routing and workflow automation — delivers your form submission to us and directs it to the right agent.
- Email and communications — lets us reply to you.
- Scheduling — if you book a call, the scheduling tool receives the details you enter to create the appointment.
- Voice agent platforms — if you call a demo number or we deploy an agent for your business, the provider processes the call to deliver the service.
- Customer records (CRM) — stores your request so we can follow up.
- Analytics — not currently in use. If we add it, it will run only if you allow it in your privacy choices.
If you interact with a Voxhaus voice agent, calls may be recorded or transcribed where we or our client have a lawful basis to do so, and you will be told at the time. Recording and consent requirements vary by state, and in some states all parties must consent.
5. We do not sell your personal information
Voxhaus does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and a growing number of other states — you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you.
- Request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email support@voxhaus.ai or call (609) 785-1374 with the details of your request. We will verify your identity by asking you to confirm information we already hold, and respond within the time your state requires (generally 45 days). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
You can also update your choices at any time with , and most browsers let you send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor as an opt-out where required.
7. Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you about your request by phone or text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages, or tell us on a call. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.
8. How long we keep information
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, and then delete or de-identify them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details above.
9. Security
Information is transmitted to this site over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Links to other sites
This site may link to services we don't control, such as a scheduling page or email provider. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will make that clear on this page. If we begin using analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools, we will update this policy and your privacy choices before those tools run.
