1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of voxhaus.ai (the “Site”), operated by Voxhaus LLC (“Voxhaus,” “we,” “us”), 44 Washington Street, Morristown, NJ 07960. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What this Site is
The Site describes Voxhaus's services — AI-powered systems and solutions for businesses — and lets you request a demo or a call. Content on the Site, including statistics and example scenarios, is provided for general information about our services. It is not a binding offer, a guarantee of specific results, or professional, legal, or financial advice. Example figures (such as illustrative revenue amounts in animations) are illustrations, not promises.
3. Services are agreed separately
Any actual engagement with Voxhaus — building, deploying, or operating systems for your business — is governed by a separate agreement between you and Voxhaus, including its own pricing and terms. Nothing on this Site creates a client relationship by itself.
4. Contacting you
When you submit your information through the Site and provide a phone number or email, you agree that Voxhaus may contact you about your request by phone, text message, or email, including through automated or AI-assisted systems. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and of emails via the unsubscribe option or by contacting us. 5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms, or information belonging to someone who hasn't authorized it.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site.
- Misuse any demo phone line or agent, including for harassment, unlawful recording, or attempts to extract other people's information.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Voxhaus name, logo, design, text, animations, and graphics — belong to Voxhaus LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your own evaluation of our services; you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
7. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, a scheduling page). Those services belong to their operators, have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXHAUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY BUSINESS OUTCOME DESCRIBED OR ILLUSTRATED ON THE SITE WILL BE ACHIEVED FOR YOU.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXHAUS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Voxhaus harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Severability & contact
